Yes, a receipt is typically required to process a return for unused medications. This helps us verify the purchase date and details. However, in some cases, we may be able to process your return without a receipt if we can confirm the purchase through other means.

  • Tampered Products. The products should be in good and salable condition. Tempered products like torn packets, blurred labels etc. will not be accepted.
  • Sealed and Packed. If product are sealed and packed with outer boxes same condition must be for returning .
  • Tablets and Capsules. For tablets and capsules, we only take back full stripes. Half stripes, cut tablets and broken stripes are not feasible for return.
  • Liquid and Vials. For liquid and vials products seal should not be broken.
  • Special Products. Injections, vaccines, and medications requiring cold storage cannot be returned.
